Attending our screening meeting is by invitation. If you have been invited by one of our members to attend our monthly screening meeting. Please review our guidelines below. Once you have done so, click on the link at the bottom of the page to email us your acceptance of these terms; complete this at least one day prior to attending the screening meeting.

Basics

​

• You have been invited to attend our screening meeting as an observer so that you may gain insight into our process.

• You will view four companies present their business plans to the Pasadena Angels. You will also be present during the Q&A session that follows each presentation and during the discussion/review by our investor-members.

• Please be respectful of the teams that are presenting their companies to the Pasadena Angels since they have put in a tremendous amount of effort to reach this point.  You are an invited guest and observer, we hope that you can learn from this process; please refrain from asking questions or commenting during Q&A.

Attire

​

You are attending a professional business meeting so appropriate business-casual attire is recommended. In general this includes wearing formal slacks/skirt, a button-down shirt, and appropriate footwear. Wearing a blazer and/or tie is optional.

 

 

Conduct

• Please be on time.

• Please do not enter a room after a presentation has begun. Please wait for the presenter to finish and enter when they are finished.

• It is the role of our investor-members to ask questions during Q&A and to participate in the discussion since they will ultimately make the funding decisions. You are an invited guest and observer, we hope that you can learn from this process; please refrain from asking questions or commenting during Q&A.
