Parag Patel is the Vice-President of Seva DT Corps and Founder of The Everest Law Group, APC. He began his legal career at Arnold & Porter and Paul Hastings, and later served as General Counsel for The Connors Group, Inc., a leading financial publishing company, and Connors Capital, LLC, a private investment firm. In these roles, he oversaw all legal, compliance, and strategic functions, including litigation, intellectual property, HR, capital raising, and M&A. Also a serial entrepreneur, Parag co-founded several startups, including SignalVue LLC, a SaaS analytics platform built in Tableau and used by Dunkin’ franchisees to manage KPIs across sales, COGS, and labor. His business leadership extends to franchising, where he managed a $40M+ portfolio of about 50 Dunkin’, Baskin-Robbins, Jersey Mike’s, and Costa Vida locations, along with multiple real estate development projects. Parag remains hands-on in software development and technical product design. An active angel investor, he brings experience in deal origination, due diligence, and board advising across industries from SaaS and eCommerce to real estate and biotech. He holds a J.D. from UCLA School of Law and a dual B.S. from Yale in Molecular Biophysics and Biochemistry and in Physiological Biology.
