Jim O'Hare

Jim worked for 13 years as Patent Counsel for Qualcomm. At Qualcomm, Jim worked on developing the company's 5G wireless portfolio and various litigation projects. Prior to that Jim worked as a patent attorney at Fitch Even and Snell and Wilmer. Before going to law school Jim worked for 15 years as an electrical engineer at Draper Laboratory and various other companies. He worked mostly on avionics systems and flight testing. Jim has a BS degree in electrical engineering from Loyola Marymount University, an MS degree in electrical engineering from University of Dayton and a J.D. from the University of Florida.
