Jethro Rothe-Kushel is an investor, Trustee, AI, marketing, and media executive with over two decades of experience across private and public sectors. Graduating with honors from Dartmouth College, he began his career producing commercial content for Fortune 500 companies.

 

Transitioning into film and television, Rothe-Kushel served as an investigative journalist for PBS's Emmy and Peabody award-winning series "Frontline." He was elected as the youngest Vice President of the National Board of Directors for the Producers Guild of America, contributing to the Finance Committee and playing a pivotal role in bringing the $1 billion Lucas Museum of Narrative Art to Los Angeles.

 

In the public sector, Rothe-Kushel Directed the Los Angeles County Consumer and Business Affairs Marketing Bureau , overseeing communications with 10 million consumers and 244,000 businesses. He is also a founding partner at Scenario Entertainment, guiding emerging literary talent alongside former agents and executives from major agencies and studios.

 

His experience on the investment side includes a stint as VP of Capital Markets and Financial Communications for a publicly traded medical device company. He is a general partner in 65 private equity firms where he participates in the management fees and profits generated by these firms.

 

He currently lives in Altadena with his wife and daughter and serves as a Trustee and President of the Alumni Board for Polytechnic School in Pasadena.
