Bruce Lathrop has forty years of experience in the aerospace, software, and health tech industries, starting off as an avionics engineer at McDonnell Douglas (now Boeing) before moving to the legal profession as an associate attorney at Seyfarth Shaw LLP in Los Angeles, a business attorney at Esri in Redlands, and at ESAero in San Luis Obispo, and, through various boutique law firms, advising CEOs and entrepreneurs on a range of patent, trade secret, licensing, government contract, corporate, and commercial transactions, and litigation.  He’s been an angel investor for eighteen years.

 

Mr. Lathrop earned a juris doctor from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the University of California Los Angeles.
