Armen Martin is a founding partner and serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Foundation Law Group LLP.  He is a corporate attorney specializing in venture capital, mergers and acquisitions and securities offerings based in Los Angeles. He represents clients in diverse fields including technology, media, financial services, cleantech, manufacturing, life sciences and telecommunications.  He has acted as outside, part-time or temporary general counsel of over 300 companies in his legal career.  He has also assisted his clients in forming joint ventures around the globe. He is also an active angel investor and a member of the Pasadena Angels.  Prior to forming Foundation Law Group, he worked for some of the largest and most prestigious law firms internationally including Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, DLA Piper and Steptoe & Johnson.  He graduated Magna Cum Laude in both Government and Philosophy from Claremont McKenna College and received his Juris Doctor from UCLA. He is admitted to practice law in California.
