• Market Opportunity - Size, growth potential, and who are the companies that will purchase your product
• Customer Overview - Current customers, sales pipeline, customer/market validation of product
• Product/Technology - Overview, value proposition, and competitive advantages (including patents)
• Business Strategy - Business model, sales and distribution, partners, pricing and promotion
• Management Team - Brief bios for executives, key advisors and board members only
• Financing Requirements - Amount you need to raise and pre-money valuation
• Financial Overview - Five-year financial projections, major milestones, use of funds, future funding requirements, and exit strategy
